We start with a friendly discovery call to learn about your business and goals. Once you’re booked in, we’ll send over your welcome pack and project timeline.

Prepare & Plan

You’ll complete a quick questionnaire and send us your content and design assets. We’ll use this to plan your site’s structure and key features.

Pre-Design Chat

Before we start designing, we’ll catch up again to lock in the creative direction, priorities, and any last details..

Design & Revise

Your site is designed over 2 or 3-4 weeks (depending on your package). We include one or two rounds of revisions to fine-tune everything.

Finalise & Prep

We do all the final checks — SEO, integrations, mobile responsiveness, and performance — so your site’s ready to shine.

Go Live & Learn

It’s launch time! We’ll hand over your site with a 1:1 training session so you can feel confident keeping things updated (or call us if you’d rather we handle it).
